Designed for flexibility and field adaptability, the DPT50 features user-configurable ranges and output options, including standard 4–20 mA, RS485 Modbus RTU, and optional 0–10 V, allowing seamless integration with Building Management Systems (BMS), PLCs, and automation platforms. Its broad unit selection—such as Pa, mmWC, inchWC, psi, kPa, and mbar—ensures easy alignment with application requirements. 

The transmitter’s robust construction and universal mounting options (panel, wall, DIN rail, or duct mount) enable reliable operation across diverse installation environments. With fast response times, high accuracy, and durable IP54-rated housing, the DPT50 offers dependable performance in demanding HVAC, industrial process, and air quality control setups.

The PLX DPT 50 series of differential pressure transmitters is intended for HVAC/R building automation. The most advanced transmitters on the market today use a single device with field-selectable units, output, and range to measure both static and differential pressure. psi, inchWC, mmWC, mbar, kPa, and mbar are among the various measurement units with jumper-controlled field selection. There are eight measurement ranges that can be selected in the field, either bidirectionally or unidirectionally (see Model Summary). Voltage (0–10 V) and current (4–20 mA) are options for proportional output. An affordable differential pressure transmitter performance ratio for ventilation engineering air cooling applications.
